Fas, Great letter to Dean! You could not have said it any better! Even though chances of a response or any kind of action are slim to none.

Thanks Brian-

Do not know if we will get a response- the first time I mailed him, I got an almost immediate response back. This time (only the second time I contacted him) so far not. We will see- this is a bit different though, so I guess you are probably right. He only can say really- yes, Fas, I will show you the money or bug off.
Both are no options for him really. :winky:

Thank you for writing the letter Fas. Well done.
I think we should make a list of what info should be told to us shareholders.
I will start with.... whats the chance of compassionate approvoal for Perry Romberg Syndrome.
2) How does Olympus fit into our strategy going forward.
3) please add

Do you think this is a good idea?
I am also invested in ACTC. Rabin and Lanza are much more open with their shareholders. They have a stock message board that I am sure your aware of investorstemcell.com I think there is 4000 members signed up... mostly for ACTC
.... Now this company is open with investors.

Hi Joe-
Yes I know investorstemcell.com . I was there a while ago and after some clicking around, I got a message that my "free time" was up and to register for a fee. Which I did not do of course- I think boards should be for free- investment advice is maybe another matter.
Do you mean ATCT pays the folks of that board a fee, so ACTC shareholders can use it for free?
On the Company it self- (ATCT) - any intensive cell engineering for me is for the birds. Destroys the biological potency I believe. I do know they got a reward from "The Scientist" for their idea to start a clinic on platelets- blood cells- which is really a cell without DNA.
That to me is not stem cell tech any longer and am not sure who needs that.

Anyway- making a list of questions sound good- I can administrate that :write: and can pass it along in time for the next call. If it gets too long, we can make a poll for the top ten or something.

First off, Fas, thank you for your efforts in the Dean letter.

I thought the "error 404" aspect of it clouded the issue a bit....but that is just my thought.

I did however love that you included Dean's poorly timed comments of "10xWD" and "double down" :joy: :joy:

Back to error 404 issues...I get one when clicking on the "new Era" icon from your site. Thought you would want to know.

Hedge-

It is my style of writing to look for an "association" to the theme, so that it is not all that boring- most readers that mailed me liked the "disconnect" stuff. One cannot please everybody. :winky:

On the "404"- I do not know what you mean- I have no icon, but I do have a menu bar-which connects "latest new era news"- in the mail itself the "italic text" have links and the title of the letter (show me the money)- new era itself in the email does not of course. Maybe a performance thing that the page took long to load and therefore disconnected?

Would like to know. :really:

Fas no there is no payment from ACTC to investorstemcell.com
The CEO Rabin does communicate with ISC and gives interviews sometimes. Anyway the board is made up of a large group of retail shareholders that really believe in ACTC. It reminds me of the Dendreon IV board before and durring takeoff.
Love your board the best though.....

Hi Joey-
Thanks for the info.
Yes- I have been reading on the IV DNDN board too in those "suspense" days- wasnt invested though when the "Bang" came, since I thought they would not make the edge on statistical significance with Provenge, which they narrowly did.
That "MING" character who was writing than, was absolutely hilarious and fun to read.

Just drop by occasionally at IV now to read Scott´s private ASTM board, but that one is pretty dead last time I looked. By the way- I will cover about 8-10 outfits including ASTM on my new site. Am taking it easy though. No rush really.

Hedge- thanks for the help.
Yes- I made a linking mistake- will fix tomorrow, when traffic is down.
