Since I doubt ASM voting changes anything lets have a vote if CYTX has news before or on the ASM date that fixes the balance sheet in a meaningful way !
I guess we could debate meaningful...but lets say 20 million or more cash deal. If others think there is a better figure we can change it but lets give them a chance...LOL

When I read the tea leaves of this year...I give them a 10% chance.

So I am voting NO !!!

They do not hit the above parameters by August 28 2013.

Would love to be proven wrong !!!!!!!!!!

The late determination of the ASM date and the funny SEC filings on it, made me guess that something is coming. Of course. the Gang will have a hard time without a deal and will do their utmost to have a relatively smooth meeting.

For that reason I still am optimistic- so YES. But the chance is getting smaller obviously the more we approach August 28. :KO:

Board moderator and Site-owner. I still regret the day I started analysing the prospects of MacroPore (now Cytori) back in 2004- a left-over from the tech-bubble at that time from the century change in my portfolio- and became addicted to Cytori´s fat cell technology.

I have voted withhold for all. Doesn´t matter what is coming before the meeting. They all have calhouned me/us to often so I think most of shareholders will vote like I have done -I hope so! PS: I´m friend of "Rote Teufel" because of that:  and hopefully a victorious day today!

1. In my mind, FWIW, if I was a Japanese company such as Astellas or Olympus why not wait to see the new stem cell rule vote expected in September. Beside CC has waited to partner for a very long time...not like they owe him anything.

2. Who is going to partner cardiac until the new data ? Especially with ATHENA 2 coming.

3. It appears EU will take longer and be more expensive going country by country for each approval regulation rule...ie reimbursement trials.

4. CC doesnt give a rats a$$ what shareholders think and is willing to weather any storm at the ASM. Especially since he is very well protected with the BOD and its new chairman.

5. there are a few other issues that leads me to think the ASM and time leading to then from now will show little additional news that adds real value to the PPS...I could be wrong.....we know soon...show us the money CC !!!! LOL !!!

Agree joncon...no surprise.

With Dean not being Chairman....likely no meaningless catch phrase either this year.
